Terms & Conditions for the sale of goods from this site

  1. All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch
  2. All goods are offered subject to being unsold, this is particularly pertinent with second hand and sale items. We advise you contact us before purchasing an item online to confirm that it is in stock.
  3. The prices quoted on this site are amended regularly but we reserve the right to alter them without notice if the need arises due to circumstances beyond our control.


Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and this is removed can only be returned if they are defective.

No right of cancellation exists for personalised goods or goods that are intimate in their nature or goods where there may be hygiene issues, unless defective.

Damaged/Faulty goods: If goods that are delivered are faulty or if they have been damaged in transit, SGM will replace the item free of charge if notified within seven days of delivery. 

Incorrect goods: If you discover that we have sent you the incorrect goods please contact us on 0800 432 0440 or by email to enquiries@sgm-uk.com immediately and return the incorrect items. We will quickly replace them with the goods you ordered, subject to stock availability. 

Returns must include all original items, all original packaging and paperwork. Postage and handling fees are not refundable. Please contact us for full details of the return procedure as this varies between products.


We will despatch within 48 hours of clear payment being received, where applicable. 

All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control.
